TRS Staffing Solutions is an established International Recruitment Agency,  with a network of offices in 17 countries.  TRS Staffing in Canada is looking to expand the team and are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge.  Supporting Clients across varied sectors around the globe including, Oil, Mining, Energy and Infrastructure, TRS is well placed to target the growing need for skills across international and local markets.

Ideally you will be a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant from within the Construction Recruitment industry with a focused and fast paced approach and have a proactive mindset, able to find the right candidates through using networking and headhunting.   You will already be established and working within the Construction recruitment industry and experienced working towards driven targets and deliverables.

With some previous leadership experience you will be responsible for contributing to the development and growth of the Construction division through new business sales and the development of the Construction recruitment team.

The ideal Candidate will have :

• A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience gained in a Construction or Engineering recruitment environment, either contract or direct hire.
• A successful track record of having billed on new and established accounts, whilst building a strong network within a dedicated construction sector.
• The ability to identify and develop new business, whilst servicing our TRS managed accounts. 
• Mentoring responsibility for Consultants and Trainees.
• Submission of Candidates to clients
• Expected to contribute to overall account management and external business.
